MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Indian spinach is a fast-growing, soft-stemmed vine, reaching 10 m in length. Its thick, semi-succulent, heart-shaped leaves have a mild flavour and mucilaginous texture. The stem of the cultivar Vasalacheera is reddish-purple.
