MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Bandicoot Berry is a small herbal tree found in many parts of the country. It is widely used in ethnomedical systems by various tribes in deep forests. The leaves are double compound or triple compound, 90-120 cm long. The leaflets are extremely variable in size and shape. The fruit is small flowers are greenish-white.
The Root, Leaves of Bandicoot Berry is used for digestive system right, diarrhea, dysentery, skin diseases (rashes) and allergic reactions. Ayurveda and Unani doctors also use Bandicoot Berry in their preparations. Herbal practitioners consider it as a natural coolant that gives a “cooling effect” to the body. During summer it is one of the natural coolants that quench the feeling of thirst.
